Beanstack Instructions

Read to Me (Infants-Age5) Rules:

• Win a reading medal when you earn 30 points!

• 15 points must be earned by reading library books. Each book is worth one point.

• 15 points must be earned by participating in fun activities. Each activity is worth one point.

• For every 5 points you earn, you’ll get a prize!

• When you complete the program, you’ll also earn an entry into the grand-prize drawing.

• Ask us about Beanstack - an easy-to-use online logging system.

• Remember: you must read books from the library for your log.

• Check out your books at Circulation, and return them to Youth Services when you are finished reading them.

Teen Rules:

• Teens must be in 7-12th grade and have a valid Hammond Public Library card.

• Teens can log books, audiobooks, eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, and eMagazines.

• Write titles and authors on the Reading Log along with your name and library card number.

• Return your Reading Log to Information Services.

• You may complete as many logs as you wish—the more logs you complete, the better your chances of winning.

• All logs must be turned in before the library closes on Wednesday, July 31.

• Mini drawings for $20 Target gift cards and other prizes will be held on: June 15, June 29, and July 13.

• Don’t forget our fun weekly programs, every Tuesday at 2 p.m., starting June 11th. Join us!
